I took courses at the university since Monday, and I had a fascinating little discussion with one of my teachers. It asked my class what were the qualities of a good lawyer. Some said he should be serious, organized, unbeatable in law, patient, rigorous researcher, curious ..... have a good speech short, mundane qualities.
Me, I said that a good lawyer must be annoying. Strangely, everyone disagreed ....
I think that the lawyer must be annoying and rude because he understands, accepts, and explains the contradictions that are not understandable to all. For this, a lawyer should not do in the delicacy and must fiercely defend their convictions even if it displeased others.
I hate the arrogance of those who claim to own the truth by rejecting everything else.
In a trial or in everyday life, you have to accept the contradictions, see black , white but shades of gray . Do not be afraid of being judged by others and accept different realities.
